Redemption Instructions

Please check in 30 minutes before departure with our staff inside Old Harbour House restaurant (Ægisgarður 2, 101 Reykjavík): https://maps.app.goo.gl/AsnpWDwABGmCn5Vt7 To check-in: Simply scan the bar/QR code on your ticket at the self-service kiosk at the Old Harbour House. Pick-up/drop-off is NOT included. It can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. Weather plays a big role, and we may have to cancel the tour due to unfavorable conditions. In such cases, we’ll notify you at least 2 hours before departure. The tour takes place in wild nature, so sightings can’t be predicted or guaranteed. If there are no sightings, we don’t provide refunds but offer a free return ticket (valid for up to three years, subject to availability). In the event that passenger numbers exceed the capacity, we will provide a larger yacht.
