7. Devon court apartments. Learn all about the fantastic old apartment buildings.
8. Tuckwell's School for Boys. It's not here anymore, but we put a picture on the tour so you can see what it used to look like while you listen to it's importance to the area.
9. Monarch Life Building. We'll point out this impressive building and tell you about the award it ALMOST won for it's architectural style.
10. Kenmore / Princeton Apartments. We'll point out these apartments that at one time were Winnipeg's most upscale & luxurious!
11. If you're into trains, you'll definitely want to visit this museum located inside Union Station. If not, we'll give you the gist.
12. You'll see & hear about western Canada's oldest operating private club, founded in 1874.
13. You'll walk through the historical gates and learn a bit about why they are here and what they signify.
14. You'll take a brief stroll through this urban heritage park and hear about it's importance to the creation of Winnipeg.
15. Fort Garry Place & Prairie 360. We'll point out the super modern condo complex and the towering Prairie 360 restaurant.
16. One of the most iconic hotels in the city, you won't miss this one.
17. You're in the navy now! Well, briefly if you decide to visit the museum. If not, we'll give you a brief overview while you walk past.
18. Patternson Block. We'll point out this historic apartment block.
19. The Glines House. One of the three historical homes on the tour, we'll tell you about it's significance.
20. The Gilroy House. We'll point out this heritage home and tell you a bit about it's original owner.
21. You'll stroll past this incredibly beautiful old home while we tell you about it's past and present as a museum.
22. Robert Burns Statue. As you walk alongside the Manitoba Legislative Building, we'll point out the 'ol Scot and maybe even sing you one of his lullabies.
23. Butterfly Garden. It's just off the route, but we'll point it out if you want to stroll through. We'll also point out some polar bears! Seriously.
24. Louis Riel Statue. We'll point out the towering statue and tell you why he was so historically important.
25. Golden Boy. We'll show you Winnipeg's Golden Boy, perched atop the Legislative Building for all to see.
26. The route takes you around the grounds, so we figured we would give you a brief history on the building itself.
27. We'll point out this historical church across the street and tell you a bit about it.
28. The tour concludes with a stroll through this small urban park. As you walk, we'll point out the statue of Sir William Stephenson, Manitoba's own James Bond.
