Please specify prior to tour. • Largest harness fits size 42" waist • Lunch and fruit snack included  • Roundtrip transport included to and from hotels or houses in Manuel Antonio or Quepos • What to Bring: swimsuit, quick dry clothing comfortable for wearing a harness, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, tennis shoes or sandals with ankle straps. No flip flops. Shoes with good traction are recommended.  Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
