Pickup Information

1. The pickup service from any hotel in Xi'an is available. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Please inform us of your hotel name and address when you purchase the tour. 2. If you want to book our additional service of airport-hotel transfers or train station-hotel transfers, please inform us of your flight information or train details. Our guide or driver will pick you up at the airport/train station exit holding a sign bearing your name. 3. If you have only booked our Terracotta Army ticket service, please note that it includes ticket reservation only — no guide or transportation is provided. Once you’ve paid, simply bring your passport to the Terracotta Army entrance and show it to gain entry. If you need any assistance, feel free to call or email us.
