When you arrive, just show your printed or digital voucher, your photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase, and you'll be all set to board the bus and get your wristband to enter the park. *** This is an official product of Grupo Xcaret *** 1. Enter the name of the hotel in the box below so you can easily locate your hotel. 2. If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to enter your exact address including street name, street number, house number, county, postcode and city. 3. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. 4. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 24 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 5. The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will call out the name of the tour. 6. Upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. 7. You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Notes: a. Please let us know if you do not require transport. b. We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest, as some hotels have policies that do not allow visitors onto the premises. c. If you do not have a hotel at the time you purchase your ticket, you must contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your park visit to coordinate your pickup with us. d. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.
