Redemption Instructions

Present your Viator digital voucher to your local guide or operator representative at the start of the activity. This voucher confirms your tour reservation and includes the trajinera ride, the visit to the original Isla de las Muñecas and the visit to the ajolotario. Food, drinks, tips and personal expenses are not included. Enclosure access fee: 300 MXN per person, payable on site.

Pickup Information

The activity has meeting points in Mexico City. You can select between the Angel of Independence or the Chamber to Juárez, depending on availability of the modality. Show up at the selected point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The exact point, departure time and details of the vehicle will be confirmed before the activity. Find the guide or representative identified with the name or logo of the local operator. Keep your phone available for any operational updates. Being a shared activity with fixed hours, the unit may not wait for late arrivals.
