Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Hotel Aloft in Tulum. There is no other pick up point The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat
