Redemption Instructions

- The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation, or you must call us at +52998 881 9833 at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes. - If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - Priority Access: It means that upon your pickup you must present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID to allow you to board the bus. On the bus you will obtain the bracelet for entering into the park skipping the ticket office line.

The guides will say the tour name out loud. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 15 minutes early at the assigned location. The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret. - Starting Oct 1, enjoy more time at the park with return options at 2:00 p.m. or 3:40 p.m.
