She holds her lessons in her beautiful home kitchen on the square of Campo Santa Margherita, one of the most picturesque squares of Venice. Carolyn, an American married to a Venetian, has lived in Italy for over 20 years and has won numerous awards for her Venetian cooking, will be your personal chef during the cooking class! She will welcome you in her beautiful house with a glass of Venetian wine before starting to prepare the lovely lunch. (1 main course with dessert with Venetian wine and coffee).
