Overview

Explore Tokyo from Yokohama Port or Tokyo Port on a private shore excursion for cruise guests with limited time ashore. Travel by private vehicle and experience several sides of the city in one day: the forest calm of Meiji Jingu, moat views around the Imperial Palace, temple streets and snack stalls in Asakusa, the energy of Shibuya Crossing, and the skyline around Tokyo Skytree. MAX6 and MAX9 options include an English-speaking driver-guide who provides driving, route communication, and basic guiding support. MAX13 and MAX18 options include vehicle and driver only, with no guide or English-speaking driver. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour with your ship name, docking time, required return time, pickup details, group size, luggage, preferred stops, and requests. If no custom itinerary is received, the standard Tokyo highlights route applies. Route and stop times may be adjusted for cruise schedule, traffic, parking, crowds, weather, and attraction hours.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from the selected cruise port: Yokohama Port or Tokyo Port. Please provide your cruise ship name, docking time, required return-to-ship time, terminal or pier information, passenger count, luggage count, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. For cruise pickup, please meet the driver or driver-guide at the confirmed port meeting point. The exact meeting location may depend on port rules, terminal access, parking conditions, cruise disembarkation flow, and local traffic control on the day. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable after disembarkation. If your cruise schedule changes, immigration takes longer than expected, or disembarkation is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes free from the confirmed pickup time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes or tour overtime may require an extra fee: vehicles up to 13 seats JPY 5,000 per hour; 18-seat vehicles JPY 10,000 per hour. Please provide the exact passenger count and luggage quantity after booking. Luggage space depends on the selected vehicle, passenger count, and suitcase size. If actual passengers or luggage exceed the selected option capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required, subject to availability and extra cost. Our customer service team will contact you shortly before your travel date, and the driver will also reach out to you via WhatsApp the evening before the service to reconfirm all details. If you have any difficulty locating the driver, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
