Redemption Instructions

Our default meeting point for this tour is Bus Terminal behind Federation Square Russell St Ext, Melbourne (near the corner of Flinders St, Russell St) @ 11:30am. If you are traveling prior to this date, or wish to change your pickup location please contact our friendly reservations team on +61393931300. Please ensure you arrive at your nominated pickup location at least 5-10 minutes prior to departure time. What to Bring: Water bottle, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, warm clothing, comfortable shoes, camera, spending money and a sense of adventure! The minimum age is 18 years, photo ID is required. Our child policy states that infants and children 17 years old and under are not suitable for this tour. Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
