Redemption Instructions

To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience, please note the following pickup details: - Pickup Timing: Please be ready at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We'll send a confirmation message 1 hour prior to let you know your driver is on the way. - What to Wear & Bring: Be sure to wear appropriate clothing for the season and destination. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, or jackets, depending on the forecast. - What to Pack: A small day bag with water, snacks, a camera, and any required medication is highly encouraged. Some destinations may have limited access to shops or amenities. - Pickup Location: Please ensure you’re waiting at the designated pickup point listed in your booking. If you're staying at a hotel, meet outside the main entrance unless otherwise advised. - Communication: Keep your phone handy and switched on—we may contact you via SMS or call if needed. If there are any changes or delays, we’ll let you know immediately. - Vehicle Details: You’ll be travelling in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Look out for our logo or signage, and feel free to ask the driver to confirm your name and destination.
