Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

On the day of visit, present your ID at the Visitor Center to exchange for physical tickets (same for children). 4. The Visitor Center is located on the left side of the entrance. 5. Please note: Tickets are valid only on the selected date.
