Meeting location: Ziptrek Outfitting Base, located at the base of the Excalibur Gondola, opposite the Dubh Linn Gate Pub (Whistler Village). Look for the Ziptrek tents on the stairs of the Excalibur Gondola at the base of Whistler Mountain in Skier's Plaza.

Redemption Instructions

• Online Waivers REQUIRED prior to check-in. Visit https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5609bc1a81338/web/ ASAP to complete your digital waiver and check-in process. • Anyone under 19 years old must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver • Check-In Time: 15 minutes prior to the tour time. • What to Wear: Dress for the day's weather but be advised that mountain weather can change quickly and unexpectedly. In summer, shorts and T-shirts are often suitable. In winter, we recommend guests wear the same gear they'd wear for a day of skiing — but without the ski boots. Layers work best. • Closed-toe, secure shoes are required. No sandals or slip-ons, e.g. Crocs, Birkenstocks, etc. • Not recommended for participants with back or heart problems without consulting your physician prior. -Participants 6-14 must be accompanied by someone 15+ on any of the tours
