Begin your adventure with a peaceful guided walk through the cloud forest, crossing eight hanging bridges ranging from approximately 150 to 510 feet in length. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, discover the forest's unique ecosystem while enjoying beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and learning about the area's rich biodiversity. Monteverde’s unique cloud forest ecosystem is sustained by the constant presence of mist and moisture, creating ideal conditions for a remarkable variety of flora and fauna. The area is home to hundreds of bird species, numerous mammals, thousands of insects, and more than 2,500 plant species. After exploring the forest, take your adventure to the treetops on an exciting zipline course stretching approximately 2 miles through the cloud forest. The experience includes multiple zipline sections and a Tarzan Swing, offering an exhilarating way to experience Monteverde from above.
