Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

We will pickup all the travelers from their mentioned pickup location/hotel, and please meet our driver cum host at the hotel lobby. In case you are staying out of town or booked very last minute, please meet us at the Zurich Central Station 10 mins prior to the tour start time.

Pickup Information

After the booking travelers can define the meeting point and we will pickup them accordingly from the location within city center.
