Redemption Instructions

• All participants must sign an electronic waiver via the link in your confirmation email. Once we receive your waivers, we will send you a dropped pin (Google, Apple or Waze) to the zipline meet up location near Onyx Summit (~25 minutes from Big Bear Lake) for the tour. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date and/or time. • Individuals who are pregnant may not participate. • Participants must be able to walk down a flight of ~20 stairs (twice), reach both arms above the head to grab a cable and pull down, balance standing on a stool, and walk a wood plank suspension bridge. • Individuals with prior injuries and/or serious medical conditions should consult a physician before participating. • Participants must be 8 years old, have a minimum 24-inch waist and weigh at least 65 lbs. • Maximum weight for participants is 250 lbs. • Maximum height for participants is 6 feet 7 inches. • Participants must wear securable closed toe shoes such as sneakers or hiking shoes. No sandals, crocs or flip flops are permitted. • Check-in 15 minutes before tour time. Tours leave on time and will not wait for late arrivals.
