Itinerary
1. Tianmen Mountain, known as the "Fairy Mountain," is the highest peak in Zhangjiajie and a sacred site in Western Hunan. Ride the cable car to Yunmeng Summit for sweeping views and explore a natural bonsai landscape of stunning stone formations. Challenge yourself on the Glass Skywalk, a thrilling glass path clinging to the cliffs. Drive up the legendary Tongtian Avenue, with 99 bends and nearly 1,000 meters of vertical elevation change—hailed as the “World’s No.1 Road Wonder.” Visit Tianmen Cave, a rare high-altitude natural archway formed through a mountain, and walk the breathtaking Guigu Cliffside Path, suspended halfway up towering cliffs at 1,400 meters above sea level. Tianmen Mountain also hosted wingsuit legend Jeb Corliss’s world-famous flight. Revered as “The Soul of Wuling,” this mountain offers a powerful blend of natural beauty, adventure, and cultural depth.
