Spring is coming soon and Universal Studios Hollywood is up for new and exciting adventures. Topping the list of exciting events is the oh-so-popular Universal Fan Fest Nights. The spectacular event nights are back this year for movie, sci-fi, anime, and gaming fans, after its successful launch in 2025.
The park has revealed its 2026 lineup and we're here to hype you even more. Check out the dates as well as the official lineup of this year's highly anticipated Fan Fest Nights. But for starters, let's take a look back at what the event is all about, shall we? Read on.
Universal Fan Fest Nights in a nutshell
Universal Fan Fest Nights (FFN) is an exciting after-hours event at Universal Studios Hollywood for fans to enjoy. Since its start in 2025, it has featured many interactive in-world experiences with popular sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, and anime franchises. You can enjoy immersive walk-through experiences, party on the backlot, and greet your favorite characters. The fan zones are also perfect spots to chill and hang out. Of course, all guests can indulge in delicious themed food and shop trendy items.

Fan Fest Nights 2026 Dates
This year's event is happening on select nights from April 23 and May 16, 2026. Just like in 2025, every fandom will be showcased each night, so pick a night that fits your schedule best. Here are the specific dates you should note:
- April: 23, 24, and 25
- May 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16

Getting your Universal Fan Fest Nights 2026 Tickets
This year is the year to treat and spoil the fanatic in you. Tickets for the Universal Studios Hollywood Fan Fest Nights are now up for grabs! You can purchase the following passes to enjoy all the awesome attractions at this year's FFN:
- Fan Fest Nights General Admission - inclusive of access to the event, exclusive of daytime access to the theme park.
- Fan Fest Nights Full Day / Night General Admission - inclusive of access to the event PLUS daytime access to the theme park. (We highly recommend this if you wish to kill time while waiting for FFN activities to start!)

Scooby Doo x Universal Monsters
An all-new, immersive experience you should not miss!
Get ready for an epic mix of mystery and fun! Step into a movie that's gone totally haywire with the legendary Universal Monsters crashing the Universal Studios Backlot. Team up with Scooby-Doo and the gang to crack the case and save the film from disaster.
Using a Mystery Manual, guests team with Scooby-Doo and his friends to find the Phantom Director. Check out Universal's film sets, including Little Europe and the Court of Miracles. They are known for iconic old movies like Frankenstein (1931) and The Wolf Man (1941). Clues will help solve the mystery and restart production.
Exciting sets, character meet-and-greets, and thrilling action make this a puzzle you'll love to solve.

Forbidden Forest: Search for the Hippogriff
NEW EXPERIENCE!
In an exciting nighttime adventure, guests will partner with a Hogwarts Magical Creatures professor to explore the Forbidden Forest. Meet magical and familiar animals, including pixies, owls, and spiders, as well as the notorious Monster Book of Monsters! This journey is filled with obstacles that test their courage and magical skills. The experience will culminate in a mission to rescue the Hippogriff.
