After Luggage Pick up and Customs please proceed OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal Building to meeting point # 10. If you are not planning on investing in a Time Share or Vacation Club we suggest not stopping inside the Airport Terminal Building after you picked up Your Luggage and passed through Customs. We recommend to call our Airport Supervisor at +52-624-191-1910 once you are the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit. For your Departure Pick up time please contact our Resort Representative within 24 hours of your arrival OR: Call +526241240221 (9 am to 5 pm) Después de recoger su equipaje y pasar por aduana, diríjase FUERA del edificio de la terminal del aeropuerto hasta el punto de encuentro # 10. After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our EPIC staff will be waiting to greet you. Upon arrival, you’ll receive your Return Transfer Voucher and confirm your return time, ensuring a smooth start to your journey. You’ll then be whisked away in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles, driven by a certified bilingual driver on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa. On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time noted on your Return Transfer Voucher. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we pride ourselves on always being on time. It’s our privilege to provide you with seamless round-trip transportation during your Vacation in Paradise.
