After Luggage Pick up and Customs please proceed OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal Building to meeting point # 10. If you are not planning on investing in a Time Share or Vacation Club we suggest not stopping inside the Airport Terminal Building after you picked up Your Luggage and passed through Customs. We recommend to call our Airport Supervisor at +52-624-191-1910 once you are the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit. For your Departure Pick up time please contact our Resort Representative within 24 hours of your arrival OR: Call +526241240221 (9 am to 5 pm) Después de recoger su equipaje y pasar por aduana, diríjase FUERA del edificio de la terminal del aeropuerto hasta el punto de encuentro # 10. Si no planea invertir en un tiempo compartido o club de vacaciones, le sugerimos que no se detenga dentro del edificio de la terminal del aeropuerto después de recoger su equipaje y pasar por la aduana. After Immigration, Luggage Pick up please procede OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal to Umbrella # 10 with an EPIC Representative. For Your departure transfer please by the Lobby Exit 10 minutes prior to your return transfer time indicated on Your transfer voucher given to you upon arrival.
