Check-in and ticket redemption point: PLAY GRANADA, Carrera del Darro 1, 18010 Granada, Spain. You must check in at Play Granada to redeem your Alhambra tickets and receive the access information for your audio guide. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in or visit time. IMPORTANT: Original ID document, driving licence, or passport is mandatory for all participants during the Alhambra visit. The Alhambra may deny access if the original identification document does not match the ticket holder’s name. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR AUDIO GUIDE: The audio guide provided is an online page. You must have a smartphone with internet access in order to use the audio guide during your Alhambra visit. Headphones are strongly recommended. This is a self-guided visit. No live guide is included unless specifically stated in your booking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALHAMBRA VISIT: Alhambra tickets are nominative and are confirmed in advance through the official Alhambra ticketing system. Once issued, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
