Redemption Instructions

The Banff Gondola is located at the base of Sulphur Mountain at the end of Mountain Avenue in Banff, Alberta in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. DRIVING DIRECTIONS • From Banff Ave, travel south to the end, turn left after the bridge onto Spray Ave. Stay right onto Mountain Ave and follow that to the end where you will find the Banff Gondola parking lot. Please note parking at the Banff Gondola is very limited. • The Banff Gondola is serviced year-round by Roam Public Transit - Route 1. Ticketed shuttles run regularly, with stops along Banff Avenue. Free shuttles will be available between May to October. Visit the Roam Transit website for information at roamtransit.com. • Last ride up 30-minutes prior to close and last ride down 10 min before closing time. • Your voucher will need to be exchanged for a ticketed down time at the Banff Gondola, which is approx. 1 hour 20 minutes after your upload time that you have booked
