Redemption Instructions

The Banff Gondola is located at the base of Sulphur Mountain at the end of Mountain Avenue in Banff, Alberta in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. DRIVING DIRECTIONS • From Banff Ave, travel south to the end, turn left after the bridge onto Spray Ave. Stay right onto Mountain Ave and follow that to the end where you will find the Banff Gondola parking lot. Please note parking at the Banff Gondola is very limited. • Sulphur Mountain Paid Parking - Paid parking, managed and enforced by Parks Canada, is available on-site for an additional CA$17.50. During peak times, the lot may be full. • Skip the Parks Canada parking fees and arrive stress-free | Available May 12 to October 12, 2026. We strongly recommend using the free Banff Gondola Shuttle or Roam Transit from various locations in Banff, included with your ticket. Simply have your same-day, pre-purchased ticket ready when you board the Brewster-Banff Gondola shuttle in downtown Banff. Or take Roam Transit Route 1 to Sulphur Mountain and show your ticket to the driver during pick-up. • Please join the boarding queue at the time listed on your ticket. • Last ride up 30-minutes prior to close and last ride down 10 min before closing time. • Your voucher will need to be exchanged for a ticketed down time at the Banff Gondola, which is approx. 1 hour 20 minutes after your upload time that you have booked
