If you do not board the bus on time, there will be no rescheduling or refund. Should you wish to join the tour on another day, a new ticket must be purchased. The cenote visit is subject to availability. Depending on the day’s conditions, you may visit either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán. We’d like to remind you that the tour you’ve selected lasts over 12 hours. As Chichén Itzá is located in the state of Yucatán, travel time can be considerable. We recommend coming prepared for a long day wearing comfortable clothing, bringing sunscreen, and carrying enough water.
