Individuals/groups that arrive less than 30 minutes prior to departure time will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund due to scheduling conflicts. Any rescheduling for this reason is subject to a $199 fee. • Individuals/Groups who are late by 10 minutes or more from the required time of arrive (30 minutes prior to flight departure time) without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given.
