Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
All individuals/groups are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure time. Individuals/groups that show up less than 20 minutes before their flight will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund due to scheduling conflicts.
Redemption Instructions
• All individuals/groups are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure time. Individuals/groups that arrive less than 30 minutes prior to departure time will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund due to scheduling conflicts. Any rescheduling for this reason is subject to a $199 fee. • Individuals/Groups who are late by 10 minutes or more from the required time of arrive (30 minutes prior to flight departure time) without notice are considered no-shows and refunds will not be given. A $199 rescheduling fee will apply. • Individuals/Groups that are late by 10 minutes or more from the required time of arrive (30 minutes prior to flight departure time), even with notice, may be subject to cancellation with no refund or will be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts with other scheduled flights the day of the flight. A $199 fee will apply.
