- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.

- Shuttle service runs at 10 minutes intervals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last ride is at 8:45 PM.

Includes admission to the double conservatories of Gardens by the Bay (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest with Jurassic World: The Experience, an exhibition that brings the film to life featuring animatronic dinosaurs) and the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck. Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is strictly valid on your selected travel date and timeslot, while the Gardens by the Bay ticket must be used within the voucher validity period.

Cancellation of at least 24 hrs before travel date: 100% refund Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellations falling outside of the above policy are strictly non-refundable
