- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).
- Shuttle service runs at 10 minutes intervals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last ride is at 8:45 PM.
- The Tram Ride Audio Tour operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last ride departing at 5:00 PM. The tour is not available during special events and will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or a lightning warning for visitor safety.

Includes a Singapore Cable Car Sky Pass with a round-trip journey on the Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line (valid for use on the same day only) plus admission to the double conservatories of Gardens by the Bay (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest with Jurassic World: The Experience, an exhibition that brings the film to life featuring animatronic dinosaurs). The cable car pass and attraction admission may be used on the same day or on separate days within the voucher validity period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of at least 24 hrs before travel date: 100% refund Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellations falling outside of the above policy are strictly non-refundable
