- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).
- Shuttle service runs at 10 minutes intervals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last ride is at 8:45 PM.
- The Tram Ride Audio Tour operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last ride departing at 5:00 PM. The tour is not available during special events and will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or a lightning warning for visitor safety.

Includes three rides each onboard the Skyride and Luge plus admission to the double conservatories of Gardens by the Bay (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest with Jurassic World: The Experience). Admission to Skyline Luge Singapore is for a fixed date; please select your preferred timeslot. Gardens by the Bay can be visited anytime within the validity period stated on your voucher.
