Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed the evening before the tour via WhatsApp, Viator Message, or Email. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or main entrance 5 minutes before your assigned pick-up time to avoid delays with the group. Frequently Asked Questions – Pick-Up Details Do you offer pick-up from all hotels in Panama? Pick-up is only included for hotels located within our official pick-up zones in Panama City. No pick-up available from: Playa Bonita (additional cost applies) Airport-area hotels (additional cost applies) Santa María (additional cost applies) Playa Blanca (additional cost applies) Colón (additional cost applies) These areas are only available under Private Tour reservations. What if I booked a Shared Tour but I'm staying in one of those areas? No problem! What if my hotel is not listed? If your location is not within our official pick-up zones, prior approval is required. If not approved, we will assign you the nearest meeting point. Please check your messages to avoid delays. Important – For “From Amador Cruise Terminal” Option Only Start time is flexible and based on your cruise arrival. This is a shared tour and all guests must depart together. Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes after disembarking. Final departure time will be confirmed the day before.
