Meeting and Pickup
CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME at Norquay's North American Lodge, 6km (3.7 miles) from Banff, via Mt Norquay Scenic Drive. When arriving by car, go past the first two parking lots, following signs straight ahead for via ferrata. Follow short walking path to Lodge.
Redemption Instructions
Please check in at the Guest Services desk inside the North American lodge NOT LATER THAN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME. When arriving at Norquay ski area by car, drive past the first two parking lots, following the signs straight up the Norquay Scenic Drive to the posted via ferrata parking lot. An Exclusion of Liability Waiver must be signed prior to tour departure. Suitable, sturdy hiking boots are required and can be rented at no charge from Mt Norquay. Size availability is not guaranteed. Free shuttle available from Banff, visit banffnorquay.com.
