Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up is offered within the Hanoi Old Quarter between 07:20AM and 08:20AM. If your hotel is located outside this area, please meet us at the Hanoi Opera House at 07:20AM or at 162 Tran Quang Khai St at 08:20 AM. To ensure a smooth departure, please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Ha Long Bay is Vietnam’s top destination and it is often crowded every day, special in summer and weekends. However, we always ensure smooth logistics and top-quality service for your best experience.

Plastic water bottles are provided for free on the bus. However, please do not bring plastic bottles when checking in to the Ha Long Bay cruise, as they are not allowed on board.
