Pickup Information

If your hotel is not listed, you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel you will stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving at the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving at the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick-up time via email or text message. The special meeting point for Tulum hotels and Airbnb will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick-up and drop-off.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

Maximum weight 220 pounds for horseback riding, 300 pounds for ATV's and 270 pounds for ziplines

It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.

In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
