Pickup Information

Please provide accurate lead traveler contact details, flight number, pickup address, drop-off address, actual passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. For Kansai International Airport arrival pickup, the driver will meet guests at the arrival area with a name sign. Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled arrival time. For hotel, city, or accommodation pickup, please wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. For apartments, stations, or other agreed pickup points, please provide the full address, building name, entrance details, station exit, and any access instructions in advance. Extra waiting fees apply after the free waiting time: vehicles up to 13 seats cost JPY 5,000 per hour, 18-seat vehicles cost JPY 10,000 per hour, and 44-seat buses cost JPY 15,000 per hour. For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a late-night service fee of JPY 2,000 applies. This fee is not included in the booking price and should be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup details or contact information are incorrect or incomplete, or if the driver cannot contact the guest, the service may not be provided as scheduled. Pickup or drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, station, traffic, or local regulations. Night service fee: A flat JPY 2,000 applies from 22:00 to 07:00.
