Redemption Instructions

Thank you for booking! We’re excited to have you onboard. Please review the important information below so you’re ready for your trip: Arrival: Please arrive on time. The boat will wait up to 10 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. No parking is available at the marina. Please allow extra time, especially during rush hour, as traffic and parking can delay you. Captain Fee: A $25 per person fee is due directly to the captain upon arrival (cash preferred). Reservation Name: The person whose name is on the reservation must be present on the trip. Minimum Requirement: Trips require a minimum of 3 passengers. If fewer are booked, we’ll contact you to reschedule, upgrade to a private trip, or purchase the missing seat. What to Bring: You may bring food and drinks (BYOB). We provide ice, water, and a cooler. Small personal items only — storage is available at the marina for luggage, strollers, etc. Rules & Conduct: No smoking on board. Max 6 passengers by law (including infants). The captain’s instructions must be followed at all times. The captain may refuse service or end the trip without refund for misconduct, aggression, intoxication, or unsafe behavior. Disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark at another dock in the city at their own expense. Cancellations & Weather: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your trip. Within 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. Trips may be canceled or rescheduled at the captain’s discretion due to weather or safety concerns. In this case, you may reschedule or receive a credit toward another trip. Accessibility & Restrictions: Unfortunately, wheelchair users or those with mobility limitations cannot be accommodated due to tide conditions and boarding access. No pets or service animals are allowed on shared trips (private trip required for exceptions). Every passenger, regardless of age, must pay a fare.
