Redemption Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: This Viator voucher will not be accepted. You must scan the QR code on this voucher, or click the URL below it, and check-in for your booking with VoxCity. CHECK-IN: Next, you will be prompted to download a VoxCity voucher. Please read the redemption instructions on the voucher carefully and head to the Table Rock Welcome Centre where you will show it to the staff and collect a physical Niagara Parks pass. The pass will give you access to all of the attractions highlighted. On the check-in page, scroll down and you will also be prompted to download a mobile-app audio guide. We recommend doing this before you travel to Niagara Falls to avoid data-roaming costs.
