Pickup Information

Upon arrival at the airport and after collecting your luggage, go to the exchange office. Nearby you will find your driver, who will be waiting with a sign with your name. Once you meet, the driver will ask you to identify yourself using your corresponding reservation confirmation. After verifying your identity, you will be able to board the vehicle and begin the direct transfer service. If you cannot locate your driver, do not leave the airport, contact the driver's telephone number provided to you or the telephone number that appears in your confirmation.
