This hand picked tour is known as the Sun Route starting from the city of Arequipa and ending in Cusco. This route is specially designed to fully enjoy Machu Picchu on your last day as this route helps you lessen the chance of altitude sickness as you gradually go from low to high to mid altitude. You will go from Arequipa (7,550 feet / 2,300 metres) to Colca Canyon (4800 meters / 15,800 ft), then Puno (3,827 meters / 12,628 feet) and finally Cusco (3,399 m / 11,152 ft). Our tours are small groups, catering to the independant traveler who also wants to join a group tour for the most important tourist attractions with plenty of freedom to explore on your own on each site. Pickup Information

Upon arrival, prior coordination, we wait for you at the bus terminal or airport in the City of Arequipa to transfer you to your room in a tourist hostel in the center of the city of Arequipa. We also offer this tour in the opposite direction, from Cusco to Arequipa.
