Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

Redemption Instructions

We will email you all of your tickets and/vouchers in electronic format within about 48 hrs after booking if the tour date is more than 7 days away. If your tour date is sooner than 7 days, we will process within 24 hrs. You may also call us at +1 865-622-4841 for any questions.

Pickup Information

Upon arrival, prior coordination, we wait for you at the bus terminal or airport in the City of Arequipa to transfer you to your room in a tourist hostel in the center of the city of Arequipa. We also offer this tour in the opposite direction, from Cusco to Arequipa.
