Please reply to the message as soon as you land to ensure a smooth pickup. Once you exit the airport, simply proceed to the terminal exit, where your driver/representative will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged meeting point. If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our support team for assistance. To Airport: The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
