For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Pick up instructions: From Airport: Before your transfer, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to coordinate the meeting point. Please reply to the message as soon as you land to ensure a smooth pickup. Once you exit the airport, simply proceed to the terminal exit, where your driver/representative will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged meeting point. If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our support team for assistance. To Airport: The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
