Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Further to your reservation, you are kindly requested to inform Santorini Yachting Club with full names of all passengers, dates of birth, gender, nationality and meal selection for the BBQ between pork, chicken and vegetarian menu. Please also provide in which hotel you are staying, so as to arrange your transportation’s pick up time and point.

Pickup Information

If transportation is selected, our Reservations Department will contact you in order to arrange your transportation’s pick up time and point (accessible by our vehicles) from your Hotel/Accommodation. Transportation is shuttle service making multiple stops. If you choose the "No Transfer" Option, please meet our colleagues directly at Ammoudi Bay the latest 20 minutes prior embarkation.
