- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
We meet at Gate 1 Docks A-D. A map & video directions can be found on our website, you can find that link on your Viator ticket under "Special Instructions." Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to find the gate. We are unable to hold the boat if your running late.

Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to find the gate. We are not able to hold the boat for guests that are running late. Due to Coast Guard regulations, each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket. Extra person's regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding. If you need to contact us by phone, our office hours are 12 p.m. until the sunset sail departure time. We are at sea most of the day and can't always answer the phone, but we will get back to you.
