If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 15 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. You have not booked your hotel yet: no worries, you will amend your booking later on, with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages default pick-up time is confirmed at 7:00 am**

IMPORTANT: To optimize your time in Venice, we suggest to have a snack during the trip. If you do not have time to organize for it before the departure, the trains always have at least one restaurant/bar wagon and or vending machines. Every wagon has its toilet, we also suggest to use, instead of queuing at the rail station.

NOTE: Because of small docks and lots of traffic, private boats cannot wait for more than 3-5 minutes for your embarkation. Drivers require maximum punctuality to guides and guests.

WHATSAPP: we advice to share with us your mobile number with a Whatsapp connection. On your train, you can recharge your mobile phones with individual electrical and USB sockets and accede to a free WiFi connection.
