Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This booking confirmation is all you need! No further confirmation is required. Kindly share a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour. Pick-up time might vary depending on your location. **If you do not receive further messages, pick up is confirmed at 7:00 am!** Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel in Rome and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. In the case of B&B or apartment, kindly wait in the street in front of the civic number. We suggest asking for an early breackfast if it is included in your hotel package. On your arrival at Rome’s rail station you will meet a staff member. On your arrival in Venice, a private local guide will be waiting at the end of your train's platform, holding a sign with your name. After the islands tour, you will reach St. Mark's Square to explore the city with your guide, before your final transfer to Venice rail station. On your arrival in Rome, the driver will be waiting for the transfer back to Rome's hotel. A Quick Reminder: - We suggest having a snack during the trip to optimize your precious time in Venice. The trains always have at least one restaurant/bar wagon or vending machines. Every wagon has its toilet. NOTE: Because of small docks and lots of traffic, private boats cannot wait more than 3-5 minutes for your embarkation. Drivers require maximum punctuality to guides and guests. - If you enter museums, we remind you that big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed (regular bags, backpacks, and foldable umbrellas are permitted). - Cover knees and shoulders inside every Church in Italy. We will be in contact with all the operators involved in your experience and stay at your disposal now and during the whole tour, so do not hesitate to contact us if needed.

Pickup Information

WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B, APARTMENTS, AND RAIL STATIONS! If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 15 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. Kindly, on your booking, enter the information regarding your pick up/drop off location. You have not booked your hotel yet: no worries, you will amend your booking later on, with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages default pick-up time is confirmed at 7:00 am**
